The North Carolina Court System has the complete database of charges and convictions made by state, county and city law enforcement agencies across North Carolina.
The Adult Correction web site contains information on individuals who were sentenced to prison or probation or who are on parole.
The State Bureau of Investigation provides a finger-print-based NC-criminal history background check. This is also known as your “Right to Review” your North Carolina record. There is a $14 processing fee.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation provides a finger-print-based national criminal history background check. This is called your “Identity History Summary Check.” There is an $18 processing fee.
